FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

A unified service center for ITS academics to help resolve various service needs, receive problem reports, and accommodate aspirations to improve campus service quality.

If you can still access your myITS account, you do not need to create a new account. Please click the "Login" button to login using your myITS account.

Registering via the "Register New Account" button is only required if you don't have an account or are experiencing myITS login issues. Use a personal email if you register for password reset purposes or authenticator issues.

Please create a myITS Servicedesk account using a personal email (do not use @its.ac.id/@student.its.ac.id email). After the account is active, create a support ticket addressed to Directorate of Technology and Information Systems Development (DPTSI) to request a reset of your myITS account password. Please attach an identity document (ID card/student card) for verification.
Please create a ticket addressed to Directorate of Technology and Information Systems Development (DPTSI). Attach a screenshot of your issue so our team can promptly reset your authenticator.
Make sure your myITS account is active. If the issue persists, please register an account here and submit a report via a ticket addressed to Directorate of Technology and Information Systems Development (DPTSI), specifying your building location and device type.
